Why do I need to install the Move plug-in?
The Move plug-in will allow us to deliver the best quality image that your machine can handle. It also allows you to view the episodes in full-screen mode without buffering.

Does the Move plug-in collect private information?
The Move plug-in does not collect private information about users.

Can I watch the episodes from any country?
No. The viewing of these shows are limited to those who live in the United States and Canada.

AUDIO/VIDEO PLAYBACK TROUBLESHOOTING
Nothing happens when I click on the "Launch" button from the landing page. How do I view the full episode player?
The player is displayed in its own pop-up window. Your computer's pop-up blocker may be preventing the window from launching. Hold down the control button when clicking on the "Launch" button. That may allow a pop-up to be launched. If that doesn't work, please consult the instructions for the pop-up blocker you have installed.
